Payments are expected before or at the time of your appointment and can be made by cash, card or bank transfer
Account information for BACS payments is available on request
An additional 2% fee will be applied for card payments at the clinic and on home visits
Cancellations
It is understandable that on occasion you may need to cancel an appointment. However cancellations, late arrivals or missed appointments does inconvenience the clinic and the other clients and their pets. It is requested that at least 24 hours notice be given for any necessary cancellations
Late cancellations and missed appointments will incur a fee up to 100% the cost of your appointment. Please see the cancellations policy attched below by clicking button for more details
If you are late to your appointment then this will impact the duration of the treatment that your pet will be able to receive and it may not be possible to accommodate your pets treatment. You will still be liable to pay the full cost of treatment.
